If you would like to attend my weekly workshops, please fill this form out and submit it to me so I can place you on the attendance roster ahead of time.

TMC Bldg. 807, Camp Casey (across the street from the dental clinic)

H2F clinic: located in same building as RHHT troop. This is the site for physical therapy led group treatment and H2F workshops.

Working Hours

Clinic: Mon-Fri: 0800-1600

Profile PRT: Mon, Wed, Friday: 1600-1700.

H2F and ACFT Classes every Saturday: TBD
